SPA Refresher Food and Drink Renewal

 Who is this course suitable for?

Contractors who work in a food manufacturing industry enabling them to renew the SPA Food and Drink passport.

Course Objectives

To refresh and update your knowledge of the health and safety measures needed to control the potential hazards of working in the food and catering industry and raise your safety awareness so that you are able to return safely to your family every day.

One day incorporating Core and Food.

During the course, the following elements will be covered:

  • Importance of the food and drink industry to the UK
  • Health and Safety in Food and Drink Manufacturing
  • Food Hazards and Safety Controls
  • Environmental Issues
  • Effects from Food Contamination
  • Participants will be required to complete a selection of question papers.

This 2 day course can be carried out either at your premises or at Milne Safety for up to 20 students at any one time.
