Confined Space Training Course (Low Risk)
Who is this course suitable for?
Personnel who enter low risk confined spaces such as general tanks or silos.
A low risk confined space is defined as a space with shallow entry with adequate natural or mechanical ventilation where access is simple and unobstructed with no likely risk of flooding.
Course Objectives
To be able to safely enter and exit a confined space and to know the Health and Safety guidelines
During the course, the following elements will be covered
- Understand what is meant by a confined space
- Hazards associated with confined space working
- Risk assessment
- Permits to work
- Emergency procedures and equipment
- Practical training and test
This 1/2 day course can only be held at your site for up to 10 delegates
